After having welcomed close to 4 000 visitors in 2007, the Quebec City Celtic Festival is eagerly planning the 2008 edition. This celebration, an official event of the 400th anniversary of Quebec City and an integral part of the Voices from the crossroads initiative, has some wonderful surprises in store.
The Festival organisers would like to extend a warm thank you to its valued partners, without whom the 2nd edition would not have been such a success.
We would also like to thank the artists, musicians, clans and artisans who came from Quebec, Canada and beyond. These people generously shared their talents and knowledge with festivalgoers. The activities were of the highest quality, attracting a large and enthusiastic group of participants.
This project could not have been made possible without the invaluable contribution of several volunteers, who worked tirelessly, far beyond the three days of festivities, to ensure the Festival's success.
We expect to see participants come out in strong numbers for the third edition of the Festival, the only one of its kind in the Quebec City region!
