After having welcomed close to 6,000 visitors in 2008, the Quebec City Celtic Festival is eagerly planning the 2009 edition. Running over the Labour Day weekend from Friday 4^th until Sunday 6^th of September, this celebration will have some wonderful surprises in store.

We are looking forward to seeing participants come out in large numbers for this fourth edition of the Festival, the only one of its kind in the Quebec City region!

The Festival would also like to extend a warm thank you to valued partners, without whom the third edition would not have been such a success.

We would like to thank the artists, musicians, clans and artisans who came from Quebec, Canada and beyond. These people generously shared their talents and knowledge with festivalgoers. The activities were of the highest quality, attracting a large and enthusiastic group of participants.

This project could not have been made possible without the invaluable contribution of several volunteers, who worked tirelessly, far beyond the three days of festivities, to ensure the Festival's success.
